TETRIS

The original *Tetris* is a classic puzzle video game created by Russian software engineer Alexey Pajitnov in 1984. The game features a series of falling geometric shapes known as "tetrominoes," which are composed of four square blocks. The objective is to manipulate these shapes as they fall from the top of the screen, fitting them together to create complete horizontal lines. When a line is filled, it disappears, earning the player points. As the game progresses, the speed at which the tetrominoes fall increases, challenging the player to think and react more quickly. The game ends when the stack of blocks reaches the top of the screen.

Use the arrow keys to move the tetrominoes left, right, and down. Press the up arrow key to rotate the tetrominoes.
Game is available only on PC

*Tetris* became known for its simple yet addictive gameplay, offering a balance of skill, strategy, and quick thinking. Its success led to numerous ports across various platforms and is widely regarded as one of the greatest video games of all time.
